2025年6月23至27日，德國著名脊柱外科專家、德國赫利奧斯羅特韋爾分院骨科、創(chuàng)傷及脊柱外科主任Kroeber教授，受邀來到江門市中心醫(yī)院擔(dān)任國際客座教授，展開了為期五天的學(xué)術(shù)交流活動，為中德兩國的脊柱外科合作注入了新活力。 第一天，Kroeber教授向中國同道介紹了德國赫利奧斯醫(yī)療集團(tuán)及其所任職的醫(yī)院情況，分享了德國大型私立醫(yī)療集團(tuán)的運(yùn)營模式，還對比了中德兩國在門診看診方面的不同，讓大家了解到德國如何通過家庭醫(yī)生來分流門診病人。江門市中心醫(yī)院脊柱外科原向偉主任也向教授展示了該院脊柱外科的發(fā)展情況。在交流的這幾天，脊柱外科團(tuán)隊(duì)在原向偉主任的帶領(lǐng)下與Kroeber教授積極互動交流，一同參與到臨床工作中：通過查房、病例討論、專家門診等方式，為病情復(fù)雜的患者制定合適的治療方案；完成了多臺脊柱外科手術(shù)，并在手術(shù)過程中分享了中德兩國的手術(shù)理念以及技巧。在學(xué)術(shù)交流期間，Kroeber教授還帶來了一系列專題授課，結(jié)合豐富臨床病例，分享了脊柱骨折、脊柱腫瘤及脊柱畸形等領(lǐng)域的診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)與前沿技術(shù)。在本次學(xué)術(shù)活動的最后一天——脊柱外科大師公開課上，更吸引了來自江門及周邊地區(qū)多家醫(yī)院的脊柱外科醫(yī)生齊聚一堂，共同參與了這場學(xué)術(shù)盛宴。交流活動即將結(jié)束時，江門市中心醫(yī)院為Kroeber教授舉行了歡迎儀式，阮曉紅院長親自為教授頒發(fā)客座教授聘書。雙方都認(rèn)為此次交流意義非凡，希望以此為起點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)長期合作，共同提高脊柱外科的診療水平，從而為患者提供更好的醫(yī)療服務(wù)。

From June 23 to 27, 2025, Prof. Kroeber, a renowned German spine expert and Director of the Department of Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Surgery at the Helios Clinic Rottweil in Germany, was invited to Jiangmen Central Hospital as an international visiting professor, and carried out a five-day academic exchange activity, opening new doors for the Sino-German cooperation in the field of spine surgery. On the first day, Prof. Kroeber introduced the Helios Group and the hospital where he works to Chinese colleagues, shared the operation mode of this large private medical hospital group in Germany, and also shared his observations of the differences in outpatient clinics between China and Germany which helps us to understand how the outpatients are pre-selected through family doctors in Germany. Then YUAN Xiangwei, Director of the Department of Spine Surgery of Jiangmen Central Hospital also introduced the developments of their department to Prof. Kroeber. During the exchange, the spine team, led by Director YUAN, Xiangwei, actively interacted and communicated with Prof. Kroeber and participated in clinical work together: make proper treatment plans for patients with complex conditions through ward rounds, case discussions, specialist outpatient consulations, etc., complete many spine surgeries and exchange the surgical concepts and techniques of China and Germany during the surgeries. Prof. Kroeber also gave a series of academic lectures, by showing many clinical cases, he shared his rich experience and cutting-edge techniques in the diagnosis and treatment for spinal fractures, spinal tumors and spinal deformities. On the last day of his visit, Prof. Kroeber’s public lecture themed spine surgery attracted spine surgeons from many hospitals in Jiangmen and surrounding areas to gather together and participate in this academic conference. When the visit was coming to an end, the Jiangmen Central Hospital held a welcome ceremony for Prof. Kroeber. President RUAN Xiaohong personally presented the letter of appointment of visiting professor to Prof. Kroeber. Two parties both believed that this exchange was of great significance and hoped to take this as a starting point to further strengthen long-term cooperation, and to jointly improve the diagnosis and treatment level for spinal diseases, so as to provide better medical services for patients.
